Choreographic Work
While We Wait is a duet between Tyler Carney-Faleatua and Joshua Faleatua. This work explores the internal landscape we return to in moments of contemplation. A dream-like space beyond the conscious mind where thoughts, memories, fears, and desires collide. Negotiating between who we are, and who we are becoming, and merging dance with theatrical and psychological dimensions inspired by Ingmar Bergman’s The Seventh Seal, this duet places them both in a meeting place of fate, faith, and uncertainty.

While We Wait
Again and Again is a short film that explores the internal landscape one returns to in moments of contemplation. A place beyond the conscious mind, where the boundaries between self and shadow blur.
Set within a dream-like space, the protagonist repeatedly returns to this realm during moments of stillness and reflection. Through this journey, the film explores identity as layered and shifting; not singular or fixed, but formed through multiple, intersecting versions of the self.

Again and Again
A feature length dance film that plays with the construct of time and control through a confined space in the representation of a room. We see six characters trying to understand this room. Some are searching for a sense of home, some have duties they need to fullfill, while others are trying to leave. The lingering feeling that they aren’t in control of the room and that it has other intentions for them changes the course of their journey.

Walk With Me - The Series is a dance film trilogy that follows the journey of a singular suitcase as it moves through vast landscapes, carrying the desire to arrive somewhere, to reach a destination, a moment, or a sense of fulfilment.
