Paths of Parenthood is a three-part short documentary series directed by Threading Frames. The films offer an intimate insight into the lives of dance artists in Aotearoa who are also parents, featuring Tori Manley-Tapu & Aloalii Tapu, Sarah Foster-Sproull, and Tor Colombus. Each artist shares their perspective on navigating their creative practice and family life, reflecting on how parenthood arrived in their journey, the ways it reshaped priorities and artistic vision, and the ongoing challenges of sustaining a career in dance while raising children.
